This is my first tutorial and I found it very challanging to make as I don't have good software and had to use Paint for the text. This recipe is used by my mother and I and works well and you can add lots of different flavour instead of the vanilla essence like apple and cinammon, lemon, mint, chocolate or lemon, those are just a few you can use.

For people that don't use the imperial measurements and are american, I think these are roughly the conversions:
2 ounces=1/4 cup
3 ounces=3/8
2 1/2 ounces would be somewhere in between? I couldn't find a converter that would give me a simple answer. One of the answers I got was 0.3002376.
A UK tablespoon I think is pretty close to a US one.

Nope... With icing sugar you have to use water otherwise it doesn't work. Or thats what it says to use in the intructions. :D

You will probably have to convert the units that I used since you probably don't use imperial units like I do.
